How do you identify these customers? The answer is simple. This is done in several ways. They can be given an ID card, passkey or RFID chip embedded in a lanyard or nametag. When the card or chip is scanned, the customer is identified. It's now possible to scan a chip when they walk into a room, or through a scan zone. So identification becomes transparent.
